Teenagers ‘raped and buried alive in cemetery’ after refusing to buy drugs

Two teenage boys were subjected to a horrific ordeal in a Swedish cemetery before they were buried alive.

The victims were allegedly tortured and raped by two older men before police intervened and thankfully saved their lives.

The pair was allegedly preyed upon by a 21-year-old and an 18-year-old, both male, at approximately 11pm on Saturday evening in the Swedish municipality of Solna, just outside of capital city Stockholm.

The suspects offered to sell the teenagers drugs, but when they refused, took them into a cemetery against their will.

Police say it was there that the two young victims were subjected to a physical assault that resembled torture.

They were stabbed in the legs which left them with cuts, along with other injuries.

The boys were allegedly also raped in the cemetery, Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet reports.

Their exact ages are not known but according to reports they are both underage, which means younger than 15 — Sweden's age of consent.

They were then forced to take off their clothes and get into a pit in the ground before the perpetrators proceeded to bury them alive.

Fortunately a passerby noticed something and raised the alarm at 8:39am on Sunday morning, ten hours after the boys had been abducted.

Officers arrived at the cemetery where they found the boys, naked but alive.

The extent of their injuries is not known at the time, although police confirmed that they were "responsive".

Just seven minutes later, at 8:46am, officers arrested the first suspect, an 18-year-old man.

Sixteen minutes later, police also detained the 21-year-old suspect.

Both men have been charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, rape and aggravated robbery.

One of the suspects was wearing items of the buried victim at the time of his arrest, Aftonbladet reports.

Both men have denied the charges against them.
