Plane carrying 133 passengers crashes in China in horror ‘accident’ in mountains

The China Eastern Airlines passenger jet was intended to travel from from Kunming to Guangzhou, two cities on opposite ends of the country. An accident has been reported today, on Monday, by Chinese state media in the Guangxi region. This is slightly less than halfway through the journey.

The plane was carrying 133 passengers.

It is reported to have crashed into a mountain in the Guangxi region.

A fire have been caused on the mountains, according to Reuters.

The number of casualties is not yet known.
