Jennifer Lopez has officially listed her nine-bedroom home in Los Angeles for a whopping $42.5 million seven years after she purchased it for $28 million.

The Bel Air home comes equipped with an outdoor amphitheater, a private lake and beach, an indoor movie theater, an infinity-edge pool, a gym, and 13 bathrooms. 

Lopez, 53, may be looking into bigger and better properties after tying the knot with Ben Affleck in July. Between Lopez’s children with singer Marc Anthony and Affleck’s children with Jennifer Garner, the couple have five children.

Lopez first purchased the stunning eight-acre property in 2016 from actor Sela Ward and her husband, entrepreneur Howard Sherman. 

In total, the estate covers an estimated 14,000 square feet.

In addition to the lake, private beach and outdoor shower , the home comes with extensive grounds containing a cottage for guests, a putting green, and a pagoda with a fire pit. 

The outdoor amphitheater can accommodate up to 100 people, according to the listing agent, Carolwood Estates. 

In one photo showcasing the home’s interior, the walls of the indoor theater are lined with movie posters starring Lopez, Affleck, and the pair together.

‘Monster-in-Law,’ ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting,’ ‘Hollywoodland,’ and ‘El Encante,’ which Lopez starred in with ex-husband Marc Anthony, can be seen in the photo shared by the listing agency. 

In the main house, the home has a large fireplace, a bar, a library, and a stunning main entertaining room with high ceilings. 

Another selling point of the property is the ‘French Country’ style which blends elements of stone and wood. 

There is plenty of space to cook and eat as the main house contains a formal dining room and a chef’s kitchen with a  built in breakfast area and stone fireplace.

In August, DailyMail.com reported Ben and Jen were planning to move into the Bel Air home after a lengthy renovation process to adjust for their blended family.

The couple reportedly moved into the $80 million home of Australian businessman James Packer while Lopez’s Bel Air home was being worked on. 

Months later, however, the home the couple had been planning to renovate has not been listed as they work to merge their families.

Lopez and Affleck officially tied the knot in July with a Las Vegas wedding before walking down the aisle again in Georgia in a lavish ceremony with friends and family.

Dubbed ‘Bennifer’ by the public, the couple postponed their wedding in 2003 and eventually called it quits in early 2004. 

While separated, Affleck married actor Jennifer Garner and they had three kids before divorcing in 2018 after 14 years together. 

In that time, Lopez married Latin singer Marc Anthony and they welcomed twins before divorcing in 2014. 

The ‘Jenny from the Block’ singer also was engaged to former Major League Baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez, but they split in 2020. 

It wasn’t until 2021, however, that Lopez and Affleck once again sparked ‘Bennifer’ rumors before confirming their relationship status and eventual marriage.
