Boulder shooting victim Rikki Olds funeral: Watch live

A celebration of life is being held Wednesday morning for Rikki Olds, the 25-year-old supermarket manager who was killed in the mass shooting at a Boulder King Soopers.

The memorial was slated to begin at 11 a.m. at Boulder Valley Christian Church, at 7100 S. Boulder Road, in Boulder.

Olds is one of 10 people killed by a gunman at the King Soopers grocery store at 3600 Table Mesa Drive on March 22.

Olds was born on July 28, 1995, in Louisville and grew up in Lafayette. She graduated from Centaurus High School in 2013 and briefly took classes at Front Range Community College to study nursing.

But Olds changed careers and began working at King Soopers in 2016. She started as a deli clerk at one of the supermarket’s stores in Louisville before working her way to becoming a deli manager. Olds was a front-end manager at the Boulder store.

Her family and friends said she had a bubbly personality and a laugh that could fill the room.
