Boy, 10, tells dad ‘I’m sorry’ before he’s strangled to death to ‘stop sinning’
A twisted dad allegedly hugged and kissed his son before strangling him, as the child told him “Daddy, I’m sorry”.
Ismail Kilincer, 32, carried out the attack on Huseyin, 10, in the district of Karatay in the Turkish province of Konya at around 7pm on March 8, police claim.
Beforehand, he sent his wife Rabia Kilincer, 31, to the shops.
Kilincer reportedly told police: “I told my son that I was going to kill him. I apologised to my son, and hugged and kissed him."
At this point, the child looked at his alleged killer and said: “Daddy, I’m sorry too.”
Kilincer said he sat on Huseyin’s legs and strangled him with his bare hands, it is claimed.
He then locked the door and called police to say he had “killed someone”.
After emergency services arrived, Huseyin’s body was taken to Konya City Hospital for an autopsy.
The police said the murder was planned two weeks in advance, and quoted the boy’s father as also saying: “I have sinned a lot and I will go to Hell.

“My son would go on to sin as he grew older too. The longer a person lives, the more they sin.
“I didn’t want my son to fall into temptation as he grew up and become like me.
“I wanted to send him to Heaven while he was still without sin.”
The investigation continues.
Last month, a man who killed his girlfriend's daughter in a savage attack was jailed for life.
Davey Everson, 23, became "riled" that three-month-old Millie-Rose Burdett had begun to look like her biological father.
He launched a “sustained assault” and caused the child “acute and lasting pain” during the attack at home in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, on December 15, 2018.

The child died on January 11, 2019, after being admitted to hospital with serious injuries, including a bleed on the brain.
Everson initially claimed she had choked while eating.
The baby was later found to have suffered 12 fractured ribs and two leg fractures, both existing injuries from before the assault, when she died, having been in a coma for nearly a month.
