Charles Bronson bursts into song with apt 60s hit after parole decision
Notorious lag Charles Bronson burst into song following his parole hearing decision with a rather fitting rendition of a 1960s hit.
The long-term prisoner, 70, was told he would not be tasting freedom after a parole board ruled that it "could not be satisfied" Bronson had the "skills to manage" life on the outside.
Following on from the parole board decision, Bronson, who changed his name to Charles Salvador, belted out a classic Eddie Miller track, which was covered and turned into a smash hit in the 1960s.

Ringing up author Dave Courtney, Bronson, who has been in and out of prison since his first arrest for armed robbery in 1974, sang of being released.
His rendition of the chart-topping Englebert Humperdinck cover, Please Release Me, sounded rather fitting after the ruling of the parole board.
A video of Bronson's rendition, while not set for the chart-topping success Englebert enjoyed, was uploaded online.
That same night, prison governor Adrian Wallace, the former deputy governor of Hull Prison, where Bronson took the 82-year-old former warden hostage, praised the parole board for their decision.
Mr Wallace said that they were right to rule on keeping the famed criminal inside for the sake of "safety of the public", the DailyMail reports.

The former prison warden added that he believed Bronson showed a "total lack of contrition or remorse" during his hearing.
Bronson's chilling rendition of Please Release Me comes as his so-called son, George Bamby, revealed the pair are not related at all but "made a lot of money" together faking it.
Bamby claimed it was a six-year stunt to bring attention to the parole hearing so people would not forget the infamous prisoner.
Bamby said their lengthy stunt was to "make sure he [Bronson] was not forgotten about."
