Charles extends olive branch to Harry in ‘desperate’ bid to meet grandkids
Prince Charles has allegedly made it clear to Prince Harry that he wants to spend quality time with two-year-old Archie and seven-month-old baby Lillibet as he and his son embark on a "journey of rediscovery".
Sources close to the Prince of Wales claimed even though there were reports of the father and son not speaking to each other, he remained "desperate" to see his grandchildren.
One source told The Mirror: “The Prince of Wales has spoken to his son frequently in recent months.
“He loves him very much, as he does both his children, and he looks forward to them being able to spend time together in the near future.”
Prince Harry's relationship with his father turned sour after he accused him of financially cutting him off during the explosive Oprah Winfrey interview.
He also made claims about Charles' parenting. But it seems like the pair's relationship has been strengthening over time.
Royal fans noticed that that Charles offered an olive branch to Harry by mentioning him by name and praised his work on the environment in a recent essay in Newsweek.

Charles has now invited Harry and his family to stay with him when they next travel to the UK, a source told the publication.
A source told The Mirror: “The Prince of Wales has been saddened that he hasn’t had the opportunity to spend time with his grandchildren, which he really does miss.
“He is a fantastic grandfather and loves playing the role immensely and it’s certainly fair to say he feels there is something missing from his life without the ability to get to know Harry’s children.
“This is something he is hoping to remedy which is why he made the gesture for Harry, Meghan and the children to stay with him if they wanted to, whenever they may come home for a period of time."
