French bulldog returned to owner after being nicked at gunpoint
A French bulldog has been returned to its owner after being nicked at gunpoint in the latest horrifying dognapping.
Owner Isaiah Ramos was threatened and robbed by two armed men in downtown Los Angeles, California on Monday.
Los Angeles police said the suspects hopped out of a black Infiniti car and ordered Ramos to hand over his pet Meech who he was walking at the time.
Quicking thinking Ramos managed to photograph one of the suspects before they fled away from the scene in their Infiniti car, reports ABC 7.
In a bid to trace his dog, the owner stuck missing posters around the area and posted urgent call outs on social media.
Fortunately, someone contacted him the following day and returned his dog after they found him nearby.
Meech appears to be physically unharmed and is being showered with love following the scary ordeal.
Police confirmed they have made no arrests at this time.
The incident is the latest following a string of dognappings in America, with another French bulldog being stolen at gunpoint last month.
