A 15-year-old German girl has revealed the twisted Texas gunman told her he was going to shoot up an elementary school 15 minutes before he opened fire.

The child, named only as Cece, said Salvador Ramos told her he had blasted his grandmother in the face and was going to attack Robb Elementary School in Uvalde.
