I was arrested & thrown in cell by cops for putting rubbish bags next to my bins EIGHT YEARS ago – I couldn't believe it | The Sun
A MUM-of-two claims she was arrested and thrown in a cell by police for putting rubbish bags next to her bins eight years ago.
Heather Underwood says she was "shaken" when cops came knocking with a warrant on Thursday morning over the 2014 incident.
The 32-year-old was taken to a custody suite where she was told she had left several black bags next to the bins at her old house.
She was then kept in a locked cell for four hours before finally being told the case had been discontinued.
The mum-of-two, who works as an OnlyFans model from her home in Knutton, Staffordshire, told StokeonTrentLive: "I got up in the morning and I was just about to have a bath when I got a knock at the door.
"It was a police officer and he asked me if I knew that I was wanted.

"I said I'd got no idea at all. He said he'd got a warrant for my arrest. I was shaking, I had no idea what he was talking about.
"I got taken into custody and I had my shoes taken off me, my phone taken off me, I was searched, and put in a cell.
"The most degrading part of it was when I had to use the bathroom and the toilet just had a glass window, I didn't even have any privacy."
Heather, who had just moved into the property, said the charge was for fly-tipping – but she insists she put the rubbish on the ground as her bins were already full from the previous tenants.

She described her arrest and being hauled to court before being thrown behind bars as "a big waste of time and money".
"I was nervous and anxious and was treated like a criminal, and then in the afternoon they just let me go," she added.
Heather claims she remembers receiving a letter from the council explaining her bin bags had been ripped open overnight and contractors had been forced to clean up the mess.
But the cam girl, who has 100 followers, is adamant this was the only correspondence regarding the matter until last week's visit from the police.
Heather said the "embarrassing" ordeal left her "shaken up".
"Being paraded down my street and into a police car was mortifying," she said.
"I've never been in trouble with the police, I was terrified. I was really shaken up."
The single mum also missed out on making up to £200 that day, which she said to her is "a lot of money".
North Staffordshire Magistrates Court confirmed the fly-tipping allegation and alleged breach of bail were both discontinued, StokeonTrentLive reports.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police added: "Officers attended an address in Knutton on June 30 to execute an arrest warrant.
