Princess Eugenie sports ‘second royal tattoo’ as inking behind left ear spotted
Princess Eugenie has been snapped with what appears to be a tattoo behind her left hear as she attended an event to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The Royal Family tend to have a strict protocol when it comes to personal appearance so it comes as a surprise to see Princess Eugenie sporting an inking.
The small tattoo, which sits just behind her left ear, looks like it could be in the shape of a ring or some sort of heart.
Princess Eugenie attended the National Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral this afternoon (Friday, June 3) as part of her grandmother the Queen 's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
It is not currently confirmed if the tattoo is permeant but it does appear to be real.
Princess Eugenie isn't the first royal to show off some body art – the first ever tatted up member of the firm is Lady Amelia Windsor.
The granddaughter of the Queen's cousin, Prince Edward, has numerous tattoos across her wrists, ribcage and left hand.
Amelia once showed off her stylish rib-cage tattoo while attending the Serpentine Summer Party in 2018.
Royals have also been known to play with temporary body art – normally while travelling and getting involved in other cultures.

Meghan Markle received a henna tattoo by teenager Samira during her and Prince Harry's trip to Morocco in 2019.
Samira had lived in Asni, near Marrakesh, for six years and inked Meghan's right hand with a henna flower to celebrate her pregnancy in Moroccan tradition.
"It is a traditional practice for pregnant women in Morocco. It is to bring luck for the baby," Samira said at the time.
And even Queen Consort Camilla Parker Bowles had fun with henna tattooing back in 2011.
The Duchess of Cornwall visited a henna tattooist and had her own creation painted on her hand while on a four-day trip to Tanzania with husband Prince Charles.
