A dream tropical island complete with pink flamingos has gone on sale – but the bidding starts at £18million.
The private Caribbean island has come onto the market and it can be all yours if you've got a hefty wad of spare cash sitting around.
In the Bahamas, the stunning destination is about to go up for auction and is expected to be snapped up fast.
Little Ragged Island is anything but ragged – so if you fancy working from "home" from there, get your offer in in a few weeks.
If you don't want to open the laptop, how about a round of golf on its lush 18-hole course?
White beaches, azure waters and lush forests are just some of the things you'll be getting for your money.
Selling agents Concierge Auctions says the $25 million island is a piece of paradise.
“Grouper, snapper, barracuda, tuna, and kingfish aplenty swim the gorgeous reefs and warm waters beyond the island’s sandy beachfront,” the listing reads.
“Spectacular snorkelling and sailing are favoured local activities, or you can watch for wild pink flamingos in the shallow water off the beaches along the chain.”
The island’s water is deep enough for large ships to port – “truly ideal for development and construction”, they say.
Concierge Auctions continued to tempt us, adding: “A perfect blank canvas of rolling hills, lignum vitae trees and calm warm waters begs to be painted with your dream project.
