Virgin Media broadband appears to be down for thousands of users across the UK.
Thousands of user complaints picked up by the independent site DownDetector indicate London is the worst-affected.
Many people have also taken to social media sites like Twitter to complain about internet outages.
Bristol, Birmingham and Brighton also appear to be the worst-hit cities by the outage, with other smaller spots popping up in other parts of the country.
Virgin Media has been contacted for comment.
