Camilla’s ‘modern twist’ to Queen role is key change under King Charles’ reign
Another key change has been made under the reign of King Charles III, this time to a role made prominent by Queen Elizabeth II.
It appears that Queen Consort Camilla will push through with a "modern twist" that keeps the need for change in the new regime constant for the former Prince of Wales and his wife.
One key role is set to be pushed through as a key change for the pair, with the Queen's sought-after role and responsibility set for a change of pace under Camilla Parker Bowles, Daily Express reported.

Her decision to replace the "archaic" term comes amid a flurry of changes overseen by King Charles III.
Switching up the name of the traditional ladies-in-waiting role, it would appear that the Queen Consort much prefers the new term administered to them.
One royal expert, Jennie Bond, said that the new "Queen's companions" role would put a "modern twist" on the "archaic" role, although noted that the role would not be "fundamentally different" to the ladies-in-waiting.
Quizzed on the change in role, Bond said: "It's largely cosmetic but this is a small way, a modern twist on a job which won't be fundamentally very different to the ladies-in-waiting in the past
"But it's such an archaic term, 'ladies-in-waiting', these are six of Camilla's close companions, friends who are loyal and discreet, and who she enjoys spending time with.

"On these royal duties, it can be quite lonely if you're doing solo engagements, travelling on your own, doing everything and then doing the engagement by yourself and travelling home.
"So she'll have a bit of a laugh, a bit of a giggle with her friends and they'll be there by her side and she'll feel comfortable with them."
It appears that the "Queen's companions" would accompany the royal in an official capacity given to "old and trusted" friends.
Among those set to feature as newly-appointed Queen's companions will be Sarah Troughton, the late Queen's cousin, as well as Jane von Westenholz, whose daughter was instrumental in the meeting of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
