Gemini Announces 3% Cashback Bitcoin Credit Card
The Winklevoss-owned crypto exchange Gemini has announced a waitlist for rolling out Bitcoin and crypto credit cards in the U.S.

Gemini is the first major U.S.-based exchange to offer credit cards. The card will earn users 3% cashback in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for every dollar spent.
The exchange has also obtained a “trust charter” from the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) and has partnered with Blockrize, a fintech startup building credit cards with crypto rewards.
Gemini has opened a waitlist for users willing to apply for the card. The new product will be available in all U.S. states and “will be accepted wherever major cards are accepted.”
BlockFi is another leading incumbent in the space which announced the upcoming launch of crypto credit cards in August last year.
