The BBC weatherman forecasted that the lowest temperatures will be in Scotland, northwestern England, and Northern Ireland. Mr Taylor warned Britons in Sussex and Kent about the five flood warnings that had been issued due to heavy rain this morning. He also explained that the rain would shortly clear, and there would only be isolated showers across the West. And Mr Taylor predicted that temperatures would range from 11-14 degrees across the country.
Mr Taylor said: “What will bring the mild weather back… Let me just take you out in the Atlantic is this swirl of clouds here.
“I know you’ll like this Naga, this is what was Hurricane Martin, it was only briefly a hurricane out there in the middle of the Atlantic.
“It’s pushed its way northwards and turned itself and wrapped itself into a big area of low pressure.
“But as that creeps towards us, we’ll start to bring southerly winds back in.

Mr Taylor added: “But in the meantime clear skies, and as Naga says it’s quite cold out there.
“Chilly start, frosty start for some and the lowest of the temperatures are across parts of Scotland at the moment.
“But in a few places at if not just above freezing across many parts of Scotland and northwestern England and also to part of Northern Ireland as well.
“A chilly one out there this morning and there is still a little bit of wet weather as well.
Weather: Met office forecasts windy conditions across the UK
Mr Taylor said: “We saw more heavy rain through the night across the southeast, and five flood warnings across Kent and Sussex this morning.
“But that rain is clearing away and the rest of the day will be fine, isolated showers in the West.
“Now the ones in the highlands and highlands of Scotland at the moment, they’ll drift a bit further southwards.
“They could hit Glasgow and west Scotland later, isolated in Northern Ireland one or two towards the far west of England and Wales.
Mr Taylor added: “But really, today out of what we’ve had this week the driest the sunniest day of the week and with lighter winds as well.
“Breeziest conditions in the far North of Scotland where a few showers will continue, further South though winds will be much lighter.
“11 to 14 degrees, it will feel colder than we’ve been used to but actually it’s a fairly typical November temperature.
“Now as we go into this evening and overnight, a dry clear start across many parts of England, Wales and Scotland but rain spreads its way across Northern Ireland.”
