Brazen couple caught performing oral sex act in street branded ‘criminals’

A brazen couple were branded criminals by the Mayor of Liverpool after they were caught performing an oral sex act in public as videos went viral online.

Lewd footage shows the bloke standing against the wall with the woman was squatting down in front of him performing the sex act while they were in full view of hundreds of stunned bystanders in Concert Square, Liverpool.

Numerous clips taken by different sources show the pair just yards from drinkers near the entrance to Einstein Bier Haus as onlookers cheered them on.

However, the couple seemed unfazed by the audience they had acquired as they carried on for the people who were filming on their phones.

Other clips also show the couple having sex in Bold Street and what appears to be a Merseyrail train — receiving mixed reactions from viewers online.

One user said: "Concert Square girl is so proud of herself."

Another wrote: "No one’s even going on about the guy with his literal c*** out."

A third commented: "The crisp culture on Concert Square in Liverpool."

Today (Thursday, August 4) Liverpool's Mayor Joanne Anderson vented her fury at the behaviour of the couple and said she had been liaising with Merseyside Police.

Mayor Anderson tweeted: "I am extremely shocked and concerned at videos circulating showing acts of indecent exposure and sexual activity in our city. This isn’t amusing – it’s disturbing, damaging and an illegal act.

"It also sets a dangerous precedent for the young women & men of our city. Let me be clear – this is a criminal offence.

"Acts of indecent behaviour in public places in Liverpool is simply unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I have spoken with Merseyside Police and requested immediate and appropriate action."

An Instagram account appearing to belong to the woman in the video states she is an "adult content creator", using the website OnlyFans, which is known for providing a platform for sex workers or adult performers to post videos and photos for paying subscribers

The Instagram profile even includes #ConcertSquaregirl in its bio.

Merseyside Police confirmed the incident had been reported to the force as Liverpool Community Policing Superintendent Diane Pownall said in a statement: “We are investigating video footage circulating on social media which shows two people having sex in a public place in Liverpool City Centre.

“We believe the footage was taken in Concert Square and we are conducting extensive enquiries, including working with our partners, to establish exactly when the incident took place.

“We would urge people to refrain from sharing the video on social media and instead report anything they know about the video, or those involved, to us so that we can investigate.

“Merseyside Police will not tolerate illegal acts of public indecency on our streets and, rest assured, we are working to find those responsible and bring them to justice.

“All year round we work tirelessly with local businesses, Liverpool City Council and other partners to make sure that our City Centre is a safe place for people to come and visit and experience our nightlife.

“We are clear that we won’t let such unacceptable behaviour from a small minority of people tarnish the reputation of our city, so please, come forward with any information and we will take action.”
