A corrupt police officer nicknamed the 'Sheriff of Soho' has been found guilty of four bribery charges after the realities of the feared cop's dirty ways were revealed.
Frank Partridge, 49, was once known as a top VIP to many club and bar owners in London.
But not because he was well respected or even feared – it was because he was known for taking a blind eye to things that would normally see a venue closed down, and even took bribes in order to do so.

Partridge had around 3,000 clubs, bars and restaurants on his beat and was given top “gifts” by several owners, such as family holidays to Morocco, luxury meals, new suits, tickets to Premier League games and event tickets to an exclusive charity gig at Elton John's home.
But when word got back to officials about his actions, he was arrested.
And when his home was searched, even more bizarre details about the bloke were discovered.
One video found by police involved him being whipped by a woman dressed as cat woman while laughing.
And he also spent time at the home of Ryan Bishti, 43, the owner of Cirque Le Soir nightclub in Soho alongside two prostitutes.
Bishti was found guilty of one charge of bribery.

The cop, who joined the Met Police's Clubs and Vice Unit in 1992 and left the force in 2016, is now set for a lengthy spell behind bars.
Phillip Evans, KC, prosecuting, said: “He had responsibilities for consulting with police at the City of Westminster Licencing Unit – the local authority responsible for granting licences to commercial premises who wanted to sell alcohol, situated most particularly in the West End of London.

“In short, he was responsible for policing the licenced premises at the West End and the other defendants in this trial either worked in that licensed trade or had an indirect interest in it.
“The relevant police department, where Frank Partridge worked, would therefore have a significant influence on, whether premises were granted licenses, on what conditions those licenses had attached to them and if granted, a significant influence on whether the premises kept the license.
“He developed and nurtured relationships with those he was charged with policing, and he used those relationships for his own benefit and in turn for their benefit.”
He is set to be sentenced at a later date.
