Disturbing video shows dad ‘punching’ son and knocking him to floor inside diner

This is the terrifying moment a dad appears to punch his child and knocks him to the floor while he allegedly tells him to "shut up".

Officers at New York Police Department have now released a CCTV footage in bids to identify the man who is accused of assaulting the small child at Red Star Chinese restaurant on Seventh Avenue in Manhattan.

In the video, which was taken on Sunday evening, the man is seen carrying a young boy in his arms as he enters the restaurant.

He pushed the door open and asks his son to stand inside while he heads back out to take his luggage.

When he returns, he becomes agitated and suddenly strikes the child, who then falls to the ground.

He then seems to yell at the child to "shut up".

The man then takes the toddler and puts the child in a stroller, exits and flees on foot.

According to New York Police Department, the suspect was described as a black man between 20 and 30 years of age.

Elsewhere in Uzbekistan, a mum hurled her three-year-old daughter into a bear enclosure at a zoo as horrified visitors stared on in disbelief.

Shocking CCTV footage inside Tashkent Zoo captures the moment the girl falls into the enclosure of Zulu, a male Caucasian Brown Bear, as her mum dropped her into the trench.

Luckily the bear took a sniff at the girl and walked away without harming the child.

In Australia, a naked man was spotted walking into a petrol station kiosk wearing only a pair of flip flop and sunglasses.

The white-haired driver seems unfazed as he took a proud stroll to the counter to pay for the fuel.
