Murderer shaken as he realises shooting of 19-year-old woman was caught on CCTV
This is the moment a man convicted for the murder of 19-year-old Aya Hachem realised the sickening crime was caught on CCTV.
In the clip, Ayaz Hussain is standing in a room at RI Tyres in Blackburn, Lancs, while police examine CCTV following the fatal shooting of the teenager just outside.
Hussain, who was convicted of murder on Tuesday (August 3) along with six other men, looks horrified.
Aya was tragically killed when she was hit by a bullet intended for businessman Pacha Khan who owned Quick Shine Car Wash next door which was in competition with RI Tyres.
Lancashire Police tweeted the footage after the conclusion of the trial, explaining in the caption: "As Police attend both business properties to conduct enquiries, Ayaz Hussain is seen looking visibly shocked at the realisation that the CCTV has captured footage of Aya being shot."
The six defendants were sentenced for their distinct roles in the shooting on Thursday (August 5) following a twelve-week trial at Preston Crown Court.
Feroz Suleman, 40, of Shear Brow, Blackburn instigated and organised the hit and was sentenced to 34 years.
Zamir Raj, 33, of Davyhulme Road, Stretford, Manchester, was responsible for sourcing the gun as well as firing the shots and was given 34 years.

Anthony Ennis, 31, of Grasmere Court, Partington drove the car carrying the gunman during the shooting and was sentenced to 33 years.
Ayaz Hussain, 35, of Calgary Avenue, Blackburn played a key role in orchestrating the shooting and was given 32 years.
Abubakr Satia, 32, of Oxford Close, Blackburn, sourced the car used in the shooting and was sentenced to 28 years.
Kashif Manzoor, 26, of Shakeshaft Street, Blackburn, ensured the car used to transport the shooter was running on the day of the killing and was given 27 years.
Uthman Satia, 29, of St Hubert’s Road, Great Harwood, helped to transport the gunman and driver to the car used in the shooting and was sentenced to 28 years.
Meanwhile, Satia's girlfriend, Judy Chapman, was found not guilty of Aya’s murder but was convicted of her manslaughter.
She drove the gunman and driver to the car which was used in the shooting while her boyfriend Satia was in the passenger seat.
