NASA ‘set to perform DNA test’ on controversial ‘alien corpses’ in Mexico
NASA has reportedly agreed to analyse the supposed alien corpses presented to the Mexican government.
A contractor hired by the space agency is set to take a look at the specimens, according to the man who showed them to the world. Jaime Maussan is also under investigation regarding how he acquired the artefacts.
Maussan told DailyMail.com an unnamed third-party contacted him as they wish to carry out a "DNA investigation", potentially on NASA's behalf. The alleged offer comes just a week after NASA's Dr David Spergel refused to shut down chatter about extraterrestrial beings.

Dr Spergel said: "We don't know the nature of those samples. My recommendation is, if you have something strange, make samples available to the world scientific community, and we'll see what's there."
Two alien bodies were allegedly discovered buried in a Peruvian cave. Now, criminal charges are circling their owner, with dedicated UFO researchers as well as the wider scientific community said to be furious with his sudden unveiling. Peru's Minister of Culture has since filed criminal charges.
Maussan is accused of grave robbing, as are his unnamed collaborators. Maussan told DailyMail.com: "I personally went to the Ministry of Culture, to ask them to do the investigation to get involved in this finding.
"They never did. We tried many, many times. We sent letters. And let me tell you something else. You remember NASA saying that this should be investigated, and so on? A contractor from NASA took the challenge. They are a laboratory dedicated to the reading of DNA."
The identity of the NASA contractor who reached out is currently a closely-held secret, with Maussan refusing to give up the name "until they can do their investigation". The bodies are set to be checked over by Peruvian officials, and then head to Mexico for further tests.
