Nudist group’s strict rules tell ‘excited’ male newcomers to ‘take a break’
Wannabe nudists are being warned they will be banned from naturist groups if they have sex.
In the latest guide on how to be a nudist, the British Naturism group have released their strict rules on joining their group.
People who want to join the nudist movement have been told they are not allowed to have sex under any circumstances and any males who may get “excited” should take themselves off to calm themselves down.

In the Naturist FAQ ‘simple guide’, it says: “If you think you are coming to some weird seedy place, then think again – wholesome family fun and zero-tolerance rule for any funny business.
“A Naturist environment is not one that is sexually charged," the guide adds. "If nature does take its course then take a break, sit down and relax – ultimately be discreet.”
The pamphlet has been put together for prospective naturists who are considering joining the nationwide-group – which hosts a number of events throughout the year such as the naked sail down the Thames, naked picnics and naked dinners out.
Organisers have tried to make people less nervous about coming along if they are interested, assuring naturist virgins that everyone feels wary on their first time.

It reads: “First timers often remark how quickly they feel comfortable wearing nothing and seeing others unclothed – in fact, it is easy to forget that everyone is naked… and just because they are, doesn’t make for a sexually-charged atmosphere either.
“Actually, no-one is looking at your body; in fact newbies tend to avoid looking as if their lives depend on it. This is about you as a person, which is not defined by what you look like, because that is the point. Naturism is one of the best ways to become more confident.
“You should never be ashamed to let people know how confident you are about yourself.”
