Obsessed boyfriend from hell told ex ‘I’ll hang your dog in the garden’
A cocaine-using thug said he would hang his girlfriend's dog in her garden and warned her: "I'll make your life hell."
Obsessive Carey Wilson bombarded the woman with phone calls and appeared at her home at night to check whether she was cheating on him, a court heard.
HullLive reported the victim had been left "petrified" as he damaged a car he feared might have belonged to another person she was seeing.

Wilson, 32, of Cleeton Lane, Skipsea, admitted witness intimidation, harassment and three offences of causing criminal damage at Hull Crown Court.
Wilson, whose previous convictions include affray and causing fear of violence, was said to have formed a relationship with the victim three months before the crimes began.
The court heard how the pair enjoyed each other's company before he became fixated on the idea she was sleeping with others.
Stephen Welch, prosecuting, said Wilson hurled ornaments through the windscreen of a man's car and slashed its tyres, causing total damage estimated at £600. He tried to get inside the woman's home and damaged a door and windows in attempting to do so.
Mr Welch said: "The defendant repeatedly sent her abusive and threatening messages including threats that he would repeatedly assault her father in front of her brother and mother."
In a victim statement, the woman said: "It has made me quite scared of Carey and what he is capable of. I am concerned what he could do once he is released. I want Wilson out of my life."
Cathy Kioko-Gilligan, mitigating, said Wilson was behaving irrationally at the time and his behaviour was "utterly disgraceful".
But Ms Kioko-Gilligan said he had expressed genuine remorse and apologised to the woman. She added: "It's clear there is a different side to this defendant."
Wilson was jailed for one year and handed a five-year restraining order.
Judge Kate Rayfield said: "There is only one sentence that I can impose and that's immediate custody."
