A California man charged in the shooting death of 6-year-old Aiden Leos on an Orange County freeway reportedly pulled a gun on another driver days after the road-rage incident.

Marcus Anthony Eriz, 24, has been charged with murder and discharging a firearm, while his companion, Wynne Lee, 23, is charged with being an accessory in the shooting on May 21, when they targeted the youngster’s mother.

Eriz, a former auto shop worker described as a gun fanatic, and Lee fled but were arrested June 6 inside their Costa Mesa apartment, and ordered held on $1 million bail each.

Aiden was riding in a booster seat with his mom, Joanna Cloonan, 55, in the carpool lane when she was reportedly cut off as she changed lanes to exit.

She made an obscene gesture, prompting the other vehicle — allegedly with Eriz and Lee inside — to maneuver behind her silver Chevrolet Sonic and shoot at the car, striking the boy on his way to kindergarten.

The following week, Eriz and Lee were traveling on the Riverside Freeway, not far from where Aiden was killed, when a “driver in a blue Tesla did something to make defendant Eriz angry,” Assistant DA Whitney Bokosky wrote, NBC News reported.

“Defendant Eriz again took out his gun and brandished it to the driver of the Tesla. That driver told the defendants that he had called the police and then he drove away,” Bokosky wrote.

“Defendant Eriz is an extreme danger to the community,” she added. “He has shown that he cannot control his temper and he goes to extremes in the snap of a finger when he is angered.”

Prosecutors said Eriz has “multiple firearms in his possession,” including an “AR, a revolver and the Glock 17 that was used in this murder,” NBC Los Angeles reported.

“He has various photos and videos on his social media that show him shooting different kinds of guns,” they said. “He is also a skilled shooter as evidenced by those same videos. He admittedly and regularly carried his loaded Glock with him on his person and in Ms. Lee’s vehicle while they drove to work.”

Eriz is being held on $2 million bail and Lee is jailed with a possible bond of $500,000.
