The pretty little European island with incredible weather and £75 return flights
Travel creator Evelyn, who manages a popular TikTok account named Evelynstravelzone, summarised the perks of visiting Spain’s Canary Islands in the winter.
More specifically, the travel enthusiast highlighted the beauty of Lanzarote island, which boasts warm weather year-round.
“So, my ticket to this island only cost £75 return for six days. This is Lanzarote in the Canary Islands, and what’s great about the Canary Islands is that they have a year-round warm climate.
“We visited it in December for my birthday and the temperatures were about 23/24C.
“We found some amazing Seaview restaurants, bars.. the food was really affordable and nice.

“And we also did a wine tasting – don’t do it on an empty stomach like I did. Nightlife was so much fun, but bear in mind Spanish locals don’t come out until about 12.30/1am.”
She continued: “If you want, you can get a ferry to neighbouring island of La Graciosa, the beach here is really stunning.”
According to holiday company Holidu, Lanzarote is one of the UK’s favourite European islands. With its tropical climate and breathtaking beaches, it’s not hard to see why.
While Puerto del Carmen is the Spanish island’s leading destination, there’s another gorgeous town that British tourists won’t want to miss.
Punta Mujeres sits on the northern coast of Lanzarote and is one of the prettiest towns in the Canary Islands.

Punta Mujeres translates to “Women’s Point” and the town was named after the women who used to wait on the point for their husbands to return from fishing trips.
The town’s main attraction are its unique seawater swimming pools with gorgeous views of the coast.
GinkgoBiloba0 wrote on Tripadvisor: “Beautiful! Beautiful natural pools at good temperatures and without crowds. Very small and cosy town.”
Jana H.G commented: “A rustic, natural and wonderful place, surprising and not very crowded. It is not well known by tourists and that allows you to enjoy and bathe peacefully in the wonderful waters of Lanzarote.”
Biziberri said: “Natural pools adapted so that practically anyone can bathe. There is a more limited area where younger children can enjoy and play, the rest are small spaces to sit or lie down in the sun with stairs directly to the sea. Crystal clear and very clean water.”
