PRESS RELEASE. Singapore, Jan 27. Despite the emergence of dozens of new blockchain ecosystems, investors and crypto enthusiasts still have few ways to effectively parse and analyze all these chains’ data in one place.
Footprint Analytics, which closed a $1.5 million seed round led by IOSG Ventures, aims to make cross-chain analytics possible for everyone.
Joined by NGC, Arkstream, Youbi, SevenX Ventures, Puzzle, and angels Jary Ngan (Delphi Digital) and Avi Zurlo (Delphi Digital), the funding round will be used to ramp up marketing and cover more chains as well as protocols.
“The Footprint team is well-positioned to match the huge demand in data analytics tools and serve a range of customers including institutional users, DeFi degens, yield farmers, and professional traders,” said Jocy Lin, the founder of IOSG.
Launched in 2021, Footprint Analytics uses AI models and data processing technology to collect and clean data from multiple different chains at scale. For example, users can easily compare the Binance Smart Chain DeFi projects to those on Polygon.
Most competitors only provide single-chain analysis and unsemantic data. Other solutions offer some cross-chain functionality but require specialized coding skills to implement.
Footprint Analytics combines drag-and-drop charting functions that anyone can use with powerful, proprietary on-chain data processing technology. The platform has grown to 20,000 users in 6 months.
