A TWO-YEAR-OLD girl has suffered a head injury after falling out of a BMW on a busy roundabout.
The toddler may have been struck by another vehicle after she fell from the car on the Whinfield roundabout around 12.40am yesterday.
She was rushed to Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, where she is said to be in a serious but stable condition.
Sgt Dave Hurst, of Lancashire Constabulary, appealed for witnesses to come forward.
He said: "We believe there may have been a white vehicle, possibly a Kia, in the area at the time and we are keen to speak to them."
