Putin blames Ukraine for drone attack behind Russian border
Russian authorities have claimed a suspected Ukranian drone successfully struck an administrative building in the city of Starodub in the Bryansk Oblast which borders Ukraine.
Regional governor Alexander Bogomaz wrote on Telegram: “A Ukrainian drone has attacked an administrative building in Starodub.”
He added there had been no casualties as a result.
