Boy who became viral sensation dies aged 6 as mum says ‘pain is like no other’

A six-year-old boy who went viral in a famous clip where he asks "where we about to eat at?" has tragically passed away.

Antwain Fowler, who gained hundreds of thousands of online followers and shot to internet stardom for his funny Instagram and YouTube posts, had health problems with his immune system.

His mum announced the news on his social media platforms today with a message reading: "The pain in my heart is like no other.

"Never in a million years. My heart is out my chest!!!!"

The viral star was diagnosed with Auto-immune Enterapothy in July of 2015. The rare immune deficiency disorder attacks your intestines and brave Antwain went through surgery more than 25 times.

Antwain's death has sparked a wave of grief online and over 20,000 people have commented their condolences on the Instagram post.

One mourner wrote: "I loved his spirit. He will truly be missed."
